As a Software Engineer V at Meta, I built internal tools for XR Codec Avatar teams who generate realistic human avatars from multi-camera scans. These workflows produce large sets of images, 3D models, videos, and other asset types, and my work focused on making it easy to view, compare, and debug these files against ground-truth data and ML-generated outputs. Using React, BabylonJS, Hack, Python, Flow/TypeScript, Thrift, MySQL, and GraphQL, I created 3D visualization tools and a visual DAG of the avatar creation pipeline, integrating interactive 2D UI with 3D model navigation, animations, and texture/material swapping.
